Aquacel Ag Foam dressing how to use?

Positioning: Hold the dressing over the wound and align the center of the dressing with the center of the wound. Place the dressing directly onto the wound.

Application: Ensure the dressing is not stretched during application. Smooth down the adhesive borders.

Securing: Use a suitable retention bandage or tape to secure the dressing in place if it does not have an adhesive border or if the adhesive dressing has been cut.

Disposal: Discard any unused portion of the product after dressing the wound.
Changing the Dressing

The dressing should be changed when clinically necessary (e.g., leakage, bleeding, or increased pain). The maximum recommended wear time is up to seven days.

The wound should be cleaned at appropriate intervals.

Removal: Gently press down on the skin and carefully lift one corner of the dressing. Continue until all edges are free.
